JadxPlus should be moved to Kadabra #17
Description
JadxPlus is a library for utilities built upon Jadx. It is used solely in Kadabra as it is the only project that deals with decompiled APKs in Java form.
Thus, it is not a generic library that should be maintained along side other core specs libraries that are shared with other levels of rigor.
Moving this library to the Kadabra repo would allow for more development freedom for the Kadabra contributors and release the contributors of this repo from maintaining a project that is not shared with any other tool.
