Fabric file structure across filing periods #35
Description
We still need to design how we are going to work with different filing periods. When I was going through the FCC guidelines of their fabric data, I noticed that they update column headers across different filing periods. Our code at the moment assumes the Fabric csv in a specific format, so we should update the code to be more flexible and only use the columns it needs while also maintaining high performance.
