Don't require specifying the network type during network data uploads #46
Description
Right now, a user needs to specify whether a network file corresponds to a wired or wireless network when they upload data (under the "network type" field). We should be able to autodetect the type of data the user uploads (e.g., if it consists of lines, points, polygons, etc) and then automatically determine how to compute coverage in our backend code.
Alternatively, the technology type implies what should be used: copper, fiber, cable are wired types, wireless types are wireless, no one who uses this tool is going to launching satellites just yet, and other is rarely used.
