Restricting resolution to environments requires a local 'environments' folder

Which, arguably, is not a bad option to keep around- but when I set up Batali to resolve from a Chef server, it'd be nice if it could also use the remote environment.

Mostly filing an issue so that I can address this myself and get a nice PR in.

👍 on this. I need to refactor the server api stuff (#79) so I'll try and address it then if you haven't already gotten to it :)
