Add logging to show the show the address and port of started gRPC server

Hi @philwebb, I see this is assigned to you, but I'd love to help out if you haven't started yet. I'm a Spring Boot engineer (3yrs XP) and I'm familiar with gRPC. Would you be open to a PR for this, or do you have a specific implementation in mind?

I was thinking of logging something like: "gRPC server started on port(s): 9090 (http)" to match the style of the standard Tomcat/Netty startup logs.

Thanks for the offer @AnanthaKrishnanJ2001, but this issue is part of a broader effort (#49043) and is already in progress. I have a feeling we might already be logging the port, I just added this issue to remind myself to check.

Understood, thanks for the update @philwebb! I'll keep an eye on your branch (gh-49043) to see how the gRPC implementation evolves. In the meantime, I'll look for another issue to contribute to. Appreciate the direction!
