Feature: Integrate flight-recorder-starter natively in Spring Boot Actuator

It would be great if the project https://github.com/mirkosertic/flight-recorder-starter would be integrated directly as part of the Spring Boot Actuator offering, so that things like codecentric/spring-boot-admin#4671 could be built (if wanted, of course).

There are many community starters out there already and this one is a good example. There's no reason for us to integrate that work here and any shortcoming can be addressed in that project.

While you've a point that not every contribution can be integrated in the main project, I think that the scope of the contributions you've linked and this one are quite different.
While (almost) provide some sort of integration with different other technologies, this one is just adding an additional endpoint under Actuator in the end.

I missed that. If you don't need that, maybe it's a good idea to not add it in the first place ;)
