Can't reconstruct m2ts samples

The srs.py tool can't reconstruct samples from m2ts files (Blu-ray). It gives this error:
Unable to locate track signature for track 1. Aborting.

Hi, as far as I know, only samples from 4FR group can be reconstruct by srs but I don't know why
