Radiator Temperature Really Cold

I'm pretty sure this information was coming from KSP Interstellar, but happy to be corrected.

I noticed a "Radiator Temperature" value, which was showing on my stock radiators at 3.4K. Now, I don't care how good your radiator is, there's no way the base temperature is going to be at 3.4K in LKO. Can we get a more realistic number, such ~ 300K as the minimum temperature?

It's a bug. Somehow in build in cooler which supposed to prevent the overheating is cooling like refrigerator. LOL
