Missing field spec.job.config.affinity #639

Current and expected behavior
Currently we have spec.executer.config.affinity and spec.driver.config.affinity but miss the field on spec.jobs which is needed to schedule jobs on concrete nodes.
Possible solution
Enable the field spec.job.config.affinity
Additional context
A possible workaround is to use podOverrides to enforce affinity on job pods
