Bug: Template modal takes up entire screen on screen resize

Summary
When you open the modal for switching templates on a smaller screen size the modal takes up the entire screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have modal close when you click on a new template.
2. Make size of modal shrink when screen size is reduced.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Modal should close when new template selected.
2. Modal size should get smaller when screen size gets smaller.
