'Post to blog' submits to community

Steps to recreate:

1. Go to a community
2. Click 'New Post' in community banner
3. Enter post details, including tags
4. Click 'Post to blog' - interface updates to say 'posting to -username- blog'
5. Submit Post

Post is submitted to the community, not the blog.
