Improve mobile experience

The experience on mobile is not great yet (I shipped too early 🙈).

Things that needs fixing:

• the burger is not closing on safari

• the social row could be improved (I'm up for ideas)
• make top corner logo a link

tiny question: what should happen if you click on the corner logo? :)
just a link to home? remove tags?
