[design] Detect when a transfer is going to fail due to lack of trustline, and communicate that to user

What problem does your feature solve?

• When users attempt transactions that will fail (e.g. sending a token to a user before the recipient creates a trustline for that token), the user gets a alarmist error

What would you like to see?

• A softer warning explaining to the user that

Examples include:

• No trustline (nudge user to tell recipient to create a trustline for [token] )
• Insufficient balance

What alternatives are there?

• Let user read the Blockaid error, and try to learn themselves why it's not working
