Feature Request: Utility for resolving federation addresses #147
Description
What problem does your feature solve?
Lots of people, myself included, resolve federation addresses incorrectly (usually by forgetting to add memo support, which breaks sending to federation servers that route by memo).
What would you like to see?

You can roll it yourself with stellar-sdk -- if you did, hope you included the memo!
