Fix Trustline bugs

1. Remove XLM trustline if the key address is already funded
2. Connected wallet signing returns 400
3. (Suggestion) add a memo box to explain what [trustline](https://developers.stellar.org/docs/learn/fundamentals/stellar-data-structures/accounts#trustlines) is
