• Remove support for anchors as toggles? Should really only be buttons, not pseudo buttons
• Remove closeOnBlur option since it is not supported in mobile screen readers?
• Remove delay? Purpose is for doing different animation on show and hide, but in practice it is rarely (never?) used and can be replicated using prehook and callback fns
• Standardise Store module across all Components - fn names - 'dispatch' should be 'update'?; nextState and effects args to update only (do type/reducing before passing to Store[update|dispatch])

I think the docs need tweaked for toggle - they suggest the default the focus option is 'false', but I think it's actually 'true'
