Create the Main View for the Android App #1

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there is no way to interact with, well, anything. We should have a main view for the app that would display the subscribed feeds along with a floating action button to add new feeds.
Describe the solution you'd like
This should perhaps be done as a Card View to make it look good. Tapping on one of these cards will take you to the Activity for viewing stories from that feed.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We could use alternate views other than a Card View, but that will probably look the best.
