Finish Axis-Aligned Plane Optimization #3
Description
The work for this was started on the axis-aligned-plane-opt branch but I ran out of time to work on it.
The code compiles but it does not currently work. Needs someone to go through and audit the diff from the last commit (925ad24) and make sure no mistakes were made. After that, normal debugging should help figure out what's going on.
- Delete the
InfinitePlaneenum if it turns out that it is in fact not needed anywhere
