i2cdetect doesn't show device

I followed the instructions at https://suptronics.com/Raspberrypi/Power_mgmt/x120x-v1.0_software.html for the geekworm X1201 board on a Rasbpberry Pi 5.

However, the i2cdetect command doesn't show any devices.

It shows the following:

Any way to troubleshoot this?

The X1201 connects to the Raspberry Pi I2C (pin3 & pin5) via pogo pins . Pls check the two pins on the PCB bottom and make sure they are clear for contact. besides, you can contact us via email and provide more details so we can help to identify the problem. thanks.

same here, it's 100% connected to pins, even if i put pressure on it, it doesn't show anything
