Svelte 5 Language Pack For Codemirror

Hello,

Recently, I built a Svelte 5 language pack for codemirror as I found that the existing language pack @replit/codemirror-lang-svelte is no longer actively maintained and does not support the new Svelte 5 template syntax.

Therefore, I decided to fork the project and build one that support Svelte 5.
