How to add 3D Building/building:part in mbtiles

I have a small area which contain beautiful Simple 3D Mapping. But when I get the the pbf from https://download.geofabrik.de/ and convert it by tilemaker, the building:part attribution seems disappeared.
What can I do to add 3D Building back to the mbtiles?
