Warn for typo in config toml file (`Did you mean xxx?`)

If there are any spelling mistake in field names within the current config toml file, the tool will not issue warnings(common misrtakes include confusion between camel case and snake case) 

Displaying "Did you mean xxx?" would likely be more helpful and user-friendly in case of these.
