Toggling support for split screen rendering

Hi team,

Just reaching out here with a suggestion, I use markdown-live-preview regularly, which works very well by the way.
It just when i open the web view, I see edit screen on the left and rendered output screen on right.
I would want rendered screen to be on right side so i can easily read the long md file on my side screen. We can add a toggle button which would just toggle the edit frame and render frames.
