git checkout of PiFrame should happen before rclone sync

If rclone happens before the git checkout, then you get an error message :
```
git clone https://github.com/taquitos/PiFrame.git /var/www/html/.
fatal: destination path '/var/www/html/.' already exists and is not an empty directory.
```
