What is this about
Improve user experience

Issue Description
When MFT is present.
TAC Life Support hides all other containers and left with only 4 container for 4 different sizes.

However, all 4 containers are configured to hold supplies only (Water, Food, Oxygen only).
And are not configured to store wastes along with supplies.

In order to store waste, user must configure a tank themselves.

But the ratio between WasteWater, Waste, CarbonDioxide is not a whole number and hard to remember.
It also becomes annoying when user had to configure it again and again for every first waste container it adds to the spacecraft.

Recommendation
I recommend changing the default tank definition to LifeSupportAll to free user from that annoying tank configuration to simplify the process of adding life support and waste containers to a ship.

Alternative solution includes adding another (or unhide) 4 tanks dedicated for collecting wastes.

To simplify the complication caused by hard-to-configure waste containers.

Tank configuration is a tool that user can use when they wanted to.
Not a tool they must use when they want to do something trivial.
