Create configuration editor

Create visual editor for editing appsettings.json configuration of the Window Analyser:

• Loads appsettings.json from file and represent it as data structures in memory upon opening of the editor

• Saves appsettings.json to file and represent it from data structures in memory upon closing of the editor

• Allows to create, edit, delete entries in the applications section

• Allows to create, edit, delete entries in the exclusions section

• Allows to create, edit, delete entries in the categories section

Visual editor can be either WPF or WinForms
