Create Windows installer

• Copies all files of the logger, analyser and controller to the target directory (default: program files\taskscape\windowlogger)
• Copies required configuration files with some default configuration that allows collecting data right after installation with no futher configuration required.
• Sets the controller application to start with windows with elevated (administrator) priviliges.
