Complete Catalogue App

Catalogue is a Flatpak based app store for tauOS (and other systems.) The goal is to provide a premium developer and user experience, empowering all (especially open source) developers with the same tools on more closed ecosystems, such as the Apple App Store. Think monetization, private analytics, crash reporting, beta testing, automatic builds, and a whole lot of other features.

For this specific issue, a desktop app is required for obvious reasons (an app store without an app store app isn't an app store)
