US: Incident Module #68
Description
During Larp any person can raise an incident
It has to be encrypted due to sometime personal matter of them
Only main LArp orgnizer should be able to see them (if he is not the reported person) and only selected safety person should have access to the incident case to preserv anonymity
The module must allow LARP player to report incidents that occured during LARP
It has to be encoded so no one without permission beside the main organizer can view them
The form should contain:
Multi select for type of incident (s#xual, red ignore, physical, mental, medical) - general by default
boolean for "was I the victim" - selected to true by default
select for involved players (multi choice) optional
main involved (single choice) optional
time of the incident - default to now
is life threatening - bool, false by default
should be reported to police ? - bool false by default
can the main involved be notified about it - launch a campaign that it should be mandatory
select of possible PERSON_OF_TRUST from larp organizers
are You open to mediation to resolve the issue with involved person
notes - notes could be added by anyone in form of conversation
The incident could be visible by default only to organizer and selected trust person - the allowance can be removed by the reporting person, the data has to be encrypted on db so even p
