Craftr configuration

Add configuration options to Craftr and better automate the initial setup.

Options needed:

• Check we have a crafting table for sorting
• Location of main storage (traditionally down, should scan for a particular subset of device types; chests, storage drawer controllers)
• Location of helper storage (used as target for inventory.pushItems, should always be top to allow for just calling suckUp())
