Cell border does not follow the telegram style

Package version: telegram-ui: ^2.1.8
Device: Telegram Desktop, iOS

1. Divider is not displayed after each Cell in a Section

Probably issue could be fixed by adding border-top-style attribute with value solid
border-top-style: solid

2. Cell border does not follow the telegram style
   Telegram applies border to the children and after sections

But the library applies border to the whole component including 'before' section
