No sound with AGML2 on Mac OS X

Hi,

Very grateful for all of your work!

When I try running "./mrswatson64 --midi-file test.mid --output out.wav --plugin AGML2 --verbose" on my Mac I get a wav file of the correct duration but complete silence (this is confirmed by looking at the file in Audacity). I've attached the report and test.mid. AGML2 is the free plugin found http://www.vst4free.com/free_vst.php?plugin=Ample_Guitar_M_Lite_II&id=2233; in Reaper it produces the correct sound with test.mid immediately after it is loaded. I also tried using EastWest Play with an fxp file with the same problem, but figure it would be easier to trouble shoot AGML2 since its free and produces sound without fxp.

Please let me know if there's anything else I should try.

Hi, just wanted to clarify that I have tried with several other VST2 plugins, and it hasn't worked with any of those either - I just thought that AGML2 would be a useful test case to debug since it's free!
