load_grades issue with middle name

Describe the bug

When running the load_grades script in docker, it cannot process Nadiah Blackman in the recent CSVs, and we have had to temporarily remove the middle name to fix it.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. Go to the repo
2. Using a new copy of the 2024 fall CSV, run the load_grades script

Expected behavior

It should successfully update the data in the db
