Provide a foreman-tail alternative

On foreman-installer installations, there is a tool foreman-tail that tails all foreman-related logs. On foremanctl based installations, there is no such thing.

- `journalctl -u foreman.target` only shows `Reached target Foreman services.`
- `journalctl -u foreman` shows production.log
- `podman logs ...` shows production.log
