Clearer license on repo #31
Description
If you move the license from docs/LICENSE to the root of the repository, GitHub will parse it and show it automatically. It will be clearer to the users and to our tools parsing repos. It also adds some summary/explanation, so it's clearer what is allowed or not. Cheers.
