Leaving a comment on a specific file

Hello,

I have a simple workflow that successfully posts a comment on any PR that gets opened or re-opened.
Now I want to make sure the comment is left under a specific file. This is so that I can ensure that the PR can only be merged once the author has noticed and resolved the automatic comment.

We have the 'Require conversation resolution before merging' feature enabled, but this only applies for comments/conversations left on files.

Is this possible?

Never mind... That looks to be about creating the comment from a file, not commenting on a file. Sorry...
