Potentially wrong data entries

Hi, while browsing the data I found a few issues:

• 1966: data contains only 3 riders

• 1981: the total time for Bernard Hinault is reported with 91h 34' 14'' which differs from what I can find on Wikipedia. The time reported on Wikipedia seem to be in line with the average speed that can be found on letour.fr

• 1997: Marco Pantani was quick (and possibly doped) but even for him the reported average pace of 10215.517 km/h seems to be too much (also look at other riders ranked 4th and below)

• Checking the letour.fr website, they also only list 3 riders for 1966.
• Seems like the letour.fr website states 91h34m14s and is incorrect.
• This is the letour.fr website:
  So the time is probably off by 100 hours.

Again, thank you for the input. I am not yet sure how to proceed with this. I think I will stick to verbatim copying the data from the letour.fr website and pointing out when it is wrong. But right now, I do not feel like correcting it. (Though that might change in the future.)
