Clean up deprecated rules flagged by config inspector

When inspecting the flat config with @eslint/config-inspector, 67 deprecated rules were flagged. This is because newer versions of ESLint removed a number of code style rules, suggesting either a formatter like Prettier or the new @stylistic package as replacements.
