Allow scoping by additional resources #13
Description
Allow an availability to belong to an additional resource type and for time slots to be scoped by that type. For example, a doctor who works at multiple locations would have availability records specific to each location: Monday, 9-12 at the hospital, 2-5 at the clinic. When searching for time slots, the location could be included in the query.
