Can't add this package to Andorid project #14

Hi.
When I want to add this package to my android project , I got :
can't add this package ,because its mono 7.1.
What is the problem ?
It add to Xamarin.Forms PCL , but for android , I cant add it !
my Xamarin PCL is targeted .netstandard 2.0
