PWA网页尝试打开会话的terminal提示Terminal ID is already in use.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

在中继服务器部署自己的hub，windows执行hapi codex，wpa网页出现会话，点击会话的terminal按钮

What is the expected behavior?

进入terminal不出现错误，可以使用terminal

中继服务器监听的端口不是默认的3008端口，监听host 0.0.0.0

从当前代码看，这个现象里有两层信息：

1. Windows runner 的远程 terminal 目前并未实现。CLI 在 process.platform === 'win32' 时会直接返回 Remote terminal is not supported on Windows yet.，所以按现有实现，Windows 会话不应该进入可用的远程 terminal。
2. 你看到的 Terminal ID is already in use. 这条报错，只会在 hub 发现同一个 terminalId 已经注册过时返回。按当前代码路径，如果旧的 terminal 记录还没移除、又收到一次相同 terminalId 的 terminal:create，就会得到这条错误。

另外，我在 terminal socket 初始化这里没有看到写死 3008 端口的逻辑；这里是用当前 baseUrl 去连接 ${baseUrl}/terminal，Socket.IO path 固定是 /socket.io/。

• cli/src/terminal/TerminalManager.ts:99 - Windows 主机直接返回 Remote terminal is not supported on Windows yet.
• cli/src/agent/sessionFactory.ts:62 - 会话 metadata 会写入 os: os.platform()
• web/src/utils/terminalSupport.ts:3 - 只有 metadata.os === 'win32' 时才判定为不支持远程 terminal；如果 os 缺失，也会被当成“支持”
• web/src/components/SessionChat.tsx:46 - 会话页用 isRemoteTerminalSupported(props.session.metadata) 控制 terminal 能力
• web/src/hooks/useTerminalSocket.ts:119 - terminal socket 使用 baseUrl + /terminal，未写死 3008
• web/src/hooks/useTerminalSocket.ts:133 - 每次 socket connect 都会再次发送 terminal:create
• hub/src/socket/handlers/terminal.ts:114 - hub 注册重复 terminalId 时返回 Terminal ID is already in use.

Need more info:

• 请看一下对应会话的 session.metadata.os 实际值是不是 win32
• 请提供 hub 日志里这次点击 terminal 前后的 terminal:create / terminal:error 相关日志
• 这个问题是否只出现在旧会话，还是新建一个 0.16.3 的 Windows 会话也同样复现
