Node 24/25 support? #266

Would it be possible to add Node 24/25 support to version 1.x? @ewanharris
It's LTS now and some people already faced the
Support/Titanium/mobilesdk/osx/13.1.0.GA/node_modules/node-ios-device/binding/node-v137-darwin-arm64/node_ios_device.node" (not found)
issue with it.
The VSCode extension is also pushing higher versions tidev/titanium-editor-commons#819
And we currently still use 1.x in ioslib/ti sdk.
