
I find this a bit confusing.The function metIdentify_mass_dataset message "No RT information in database.\nThe weight of RT has been set as 0."however, the parameter rt.match.weight is not actually modified. It is directly passed through the metIdentification function and subsequently to the identify_peak function, where no code explicitly sets it to 0.
