We need to support motion webcam daemon

Ok so this is a little off the topic of fabgis (though I'm sure we can georeference those cams!) but I would like to automatically set up a motion server on a linux box so I can watch a web cam. The module should have all tasks needed for installation, displaying the cam output in a web page and so on.
