Move to NextJS

The goals:

• Move to NextJS architecture to unblock auth and sql on the edge

Create a new Next.js 14 project.
Transfer files and components from the Vite React project.
Modify routing to use Next.js's 14 file-based routing .
Adjust build and development scripts in package.json.
Handle data fetching using Next.js's getServerSideProps or getStaticProps.
Update dependencies and remove Vite-specific ones.
