Implement ST7789 parallel protocol in PIO

As title says, implement working ST7789 parallel protocol.

If you are solving this we're going to need a video of it working to filter out AI slop engineer PRs. Please include running tinygo flash in the video to also filter out attempts at AI video generated slop.

For all future AI prompt engineers:

1. You of course have to test your program. We will not test it for you. AI is not yet good enough to solve these problems by itself without hardware integration, much like humans would have a hard time developing without the hardware. This is to not waste our time in an cycle of us giving your AI feedback so it can make changes pretty much blindly.
2. Don't waste your compute here. It is too easy to tell if you've prompted your way to a PR that is guaranteed to not work (guaranteed, the wording is correct [yes, guaranteed, we know for a fact {unless god exists and it is a software on the computer that will test your program}]).
3. Go away.
