run uv sync to install the package and its dependencies.
use uv pip install {path_to_oshconnectpython}\OSHConnect-Python\dist\oshconnect-0.3.0a5-py3-none-any.whl to install the OSHConnect package locally built.
As this project currently sits, it requires code changes to access the two available sims
