Type Error when attempting to submit

I am attempting to submit the gradient descent function in week 2 and when pressing submit it gives me a Type Erro saying "not all arguments converted during string formatting". If it changes anything I am using 2 functions for getting my answer which it originally only used 1 function.

Ok I just tried changing it to 1 function, and it didn't affect the outcome, still getting an error.
