The automatic addition of 'Challenge Overview' at the top of the challenge spec is unnecessary

The final specs in the challenge spec should exactly reflect the markdown text entered in the work manager. In my opinion, adding 'Challenge Overview' at the top compulsorily leads to duplication of 'challenge overview' in several instances, and requires editing and hence wastes copilot's time. It is unnecessary to generate it automatically, as it can be easily added in the markdown by the copilot.

Please consider removing this function.
