After this stabilizes, would be nice to clean up CLI interfaces to be simple.
Update the cli to support generate_key, issue_sd_cwt and present_sd_cwt interfaces, making sure to support the necessary inputs including cose_keys ending in .cbor, to be issued claims ending in .edn and verified claims schema ending in .cddl.
Also make sure the holder can specify the audience and nonce when preparing their presentation.
